MEET BRYAN


Thank you for taking the time to get to know us. I appreciate you wanting to hear our story. Most people don't ever get this far. :)

My name is Bryan. I joined the Real Estate game in 2002. During my first few years selling real estate, I noticed how big of a life event buying or selling property really was. I also started to notice that there was a need for a new kind of real estate company. One that prided itself on communication, education and integrity. A company that offered more than just brokering simple real estate transactions.

So in 2008, I opened BKaye Realty. Our mission was (and still is) to find the best agents with the highest integrity, that will offer our clients WORLD-CLASS service in every area of the real estate world. Our goal was to help our community navigate the sales process and offer other related services along the way.

In 2014, we opened BKaye Insurance, another industry that I felt needed some innovation and updating. We are now able to help you protect not just your real estate, but your vehicles, businesses, and all of your other assets as well.

Our next realization was that there is an education and opportunity gap in the community. Many people simply don't understand the benefits of owning real estate or how to get their hands on it. Others are looking to change careers or supplement their income with real estate. (Thank you HGTV)

So in 2017 we opened BKaye Academy, where we offer pre-licensing classes to those looking to get their real estate license. We also love educating the community about real estate and consulting with those wanting to invest in the industry.

Most recently in 2023, we expanded again, into the self-storage business. During the sales process, many people need a place to store their belongings either before, during or after their move. We wanted to help serve that need as well.

So here we are today, offering WORLD-CLASS services to those looking to BUY, SELL, INSURE or STORE their property. We would love to show you what it means to experience the BKaye Way and keep an eye out for our next service offering.
